About Us
We are a group of amateur and student musicians who meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm (throughout term-time) to play music together. The fact we are a rehearsal orchestra means the music we play changes every few weeks.
We always welcome new members, so please see the section on the Orchestra for more details, and if you like what you see, drop Ian a line via email as we would love to hear from new musicians
Term Dates 2008-09
Autumn: 23rd September 2008 - 16th December 2008
Spring: 13th January 2009 to 31st March 2009
Summer: 21st April 2009 to 19th May 2009
Next Concert: A Christmas Concert - 16th December 2008 8pm at Hope University L16
The concert will be played in the Vice-Chancellor's Dining Room in the Frances May Lescher Building (marked Number 1 on the map below). Enter through the new Gateway Building (marked Number 4 : The Registry Building) on Taggart Avenue. Car Parking is available in designated areas for 50p.
Location
We meet each Tuesday evening at 7.30pm on the Hope Park Campus in the Vice-Chancellor's Dining Room in the Frances May Lescher Building.
